The Desoto Art Institute teaches filmmaking to students in DeSoto County and northern Mississippi, giving them access to industry-standard tools – often for free or at a low cost. These students aren’t just making home videos; they’re creating world-class, film festival-ready projects!
Jesaiah also shares an exciting fundraiser: they’re raffling a guitar signed by Stevie Pier to raise money for building a soundstage and studio to attract bigger productions to the Memphis and Mississippi area. Tickets are $50 each, and the goal is to sell 5,000 or announce a winner by August, whichever comes first!
